New 100-color palette for JOBET

We have added the Cyan and Orange colour systems to our Colaris printing machine, expanding our existing colour space by over 44%:

As part of this colour space expansion, we have revised our standard colours and now offer you 100 standard colours to replace our previous 96 colours. The new colours impress with their modernity and brilliance.

In future, our ordering system will recognise the colours in your print file and automatically differentiate between perceptive printing and absolute colourimetric printing. This ensures that colours from the 100-colour palette are always printed absolutely colourimetrically and therefore reproducibly.

You will receive new sample material shortly, which will then be available to you for your sales as usual.

Shipping with DHL

For a few weeks we have not only been shipping with UPS, but also with DHL.

To receive notifications about the shipment, please select the “Settings” page under “Service”.

With the option “Forward e-mail address to UPS” you can specify whether UPS should send e-mails about the orders you have placed or whether this should be generally prevented.

In the next step, you can specify the address to which the emails sent by UPS are to be sent:

  • To the email address of the Jobet customer (the company to which the currently logged in user belongs).
  • To the email address of the user who placed the order (the user currently logged in).
  • To the e-mail address of the end customer (the recipient of the order).

Order design request in bulk

Create design sets

You have created a design request with multiple designs or design sets. Your designs have been edited by our design team and you now want to order the designs.

To do this, go to your design order list. You can choose the current or the older designs here.

Select designs or design sets

If you are sure that you want to order all designs, you can click on “Order all designs” below the list of design sets. Thus, all designs of this request are placed in the shopping cart.

However, you can also order design sets or individual designs from the design sets.

To do this, tick the relevant boxes.

Once you have selected all of them, click the Order Selected Designs button below.

Order designs

The mats with the designs are now in the shopping cart and can be ordered.

UPS/DHL email notifications

In the latest version of the JOBET B2B portal, we have improved the ability to configure notifications.
Not only can the general notifications of the B2B portal be switched on or off, which are sent to the user when an order is created, for example, but also the e-mail notifications that UPS sends as part of parcel shipping.

To do this, open the “Settings” page in the “Service” area of ​​the B2B portal.

With the option “Forward e-mail address to UPS” you can specify whether UPS should send e-mails about the orders you have placed or whether this should be generally prevented.

These settings are for the general order process and can also be adjusted individually for individual orders on the order page.

To do this, you can either delete the recipient address entered in the “E-mail address for UPS” field (then no e-mail will be sent from UPS) or select a different recipient.

Please note that for data protection reasons, the dispatch of the UPS address is deactivated for all customers in the standard configuration and must first be activated by you on the settings page.

Customer complaint management platform


If a delivered product does not meet your expectations, you can contact our service by using our complaint management platform.

As a new service, you can now submit complaints quickly and easily directly via the Halbmond B2B system in order to find a satisfactory solution together with our team.

Submitting a complaint

For the individual articles of all orders that have been delivered to you by us, the option “complain article” is available in the B2B portal on the “order history” page:

After making your selection, you will be forwarded directly to the complaint system, where you can select the reason for the complaint and enter a description of the problem. In addition, pictures or documents can be attached to every complaint, which can help us further in processing your request.


Viewing and editing of existing complaints

As soon as the complaint is processed by our team and you receive a response, you will be sent an email notification.
In addition, you can still call up the complaint page from the order history page in the JOBET B2B portal. At the point where the “complain article” button was previously located, a button with the inscription “display complaint” appears after a complaint has been entered for an article.

Processing status

There you can now see the status of your complaint (“new”, “in process” or “closed”) and see the entire message flow between you and our service team:

Updated version of the JOBET B2B-System

New design of start page and navigation

The start page has been redesigned and now appears in a new, multi-coloured tile design.

This improves clarity and ease of use. For example, the design orders can be viewed and called up directly from the start page.

Via the function “Help on design orders”, the design order page can be called up with additional descriptive texts.

The colour values assigned to the various areas of the B2B system are reflected in the navigation.

The navigation has also been divided into the four areas “New design order”, “Design order list”, “Catalogues” and “Order” and has been extended by the navigation point “Dashboard”, which takes you back to the back to the overview page.

Custom-made and SALE floor mats

From 1 March, all JOBET customers will be able to access via the B2B system our catalogue with prefabricated floormat designs as well as our catalogue with SALE floormats which offered at reduced prices.

The range can now be browsed and searched via the two menu items “Footmats-SALE” and “Footmats-Collection” in the “Catalogues” section of the footmats product area of the JOBET B2B system.

The “Details” button can be used to call up detailed information on the individual floor mats and to place orders.

The printing colours used by JOBET differ in the screen display from their appearance on textiles such as doormats and carpets. Therefore, the B2B system has been adapted

so that the motifs and colour representations are matched to their appearance on the finished product. As a result, the views of the motifs and colours in the B2B system differ less from the finished product.

Improvements on the “Create design job” page

Size input:

On the “Create design order” page, the input of the mat width and height has been improved. There are now only two selection menus from which the standard dimensions for the width and height must be selected.

Alternatively, any value for the width or height can be entered in the input field of each menu if a special size is desired.

The system also displays the number of square metres resulting from the height and width and the aspect ratio.

Preview the mat shape and colour:

The shape of the product being commissioned is now shown below the size input fields. This makes it easier to see if the aspect ratio is correct.

In addition, the selected background colour as well as the selected border are shown in the preview.

Help function:

Next to each input field there is now a button with a question mark, which can be used to call up a short description.

Product data sheets

A new menu item “Product data sheets” has been added to the navigation area “Catalogues”. On this page, PDF files with detailed information on the various product qualities offered can be downloaded.

The product data sheets are available in German and English.

JOBET B2B-System update: design-job archive

Dear Customers,

the latest update of the JOBET B2B-System (version 2.25.0) features a new “archive”-Page.

All design-jobs older than 3 months are now automatically moved to the archive.

This reduces loading time and optimizes your design-job for better clarity.

You can access the new archive-page by clicking on “job-archive” in the menu on the left.

New: Plain-colored mats and enhanced color-palette in the JOBET-B2B-System

Dear Customers,

As announced, 96 colors are now available in B2B.

  • An overview of the 96 colors including the old Jobet color palette of 32 colors can be found by downloading the RGB values ​​here (updated version of July 10th 2020).
  • You can continue to use older files without changes.
  • To create the files in the appropriate sizes, please always use the basis 1 pixel = 1mm
  • Example: mat 1m x 1m = 1000 x 1000 pixels without a border and 960 x 960 pixels with a border
  • From now on, single-color mats can be created yourself using the “Single-color floor mat” function. All you have to do is specify whether with or without a border, select the desired color and enter the size. You can then order the mat immediately without a design suggestion.

New: order carpets with the JOBET B2B-System

Dear Customers,

from now on it is possible to order carpets in the JOBET B2B-System!
1Simply choose the “Carpet”-option in the “design-job”-menu.

You can then choose your fringe type and color as well as the preferred kind of back coating from the menus on the right side of the form. You can also change the fringe type later (e.g., when adding your order to the cart).

The rest of the ordering-process is almost identical to the ording process of floormats.

New features: quality setting and preview of back coatings

Dear customers,

we just updated the JOBET B2B-Portal and added some great features to simplify the usability and to offer new functionalities.

First of all, to make everything work, you have to clear the cache of your internet browser:

Switching the quality setting when ordering a design
From now on the quality-setting of an already existing design-job can be changed afterwards during the ordering process.
To change the quality you can choose from a list of available quality-settings in the “quality”-menu. This is possible on the page “view design” as well as on the page “Prepare order for shopping cart”.


This way you can also order one design in different quality settings.
If a design is already placed inside the “basket”, you can still edit the quality and other settings by pressing the button “edit” on the screen “shopping cart”

Selection and previewing of back coatings in existing design jobs
We are already offering our customers the possibility to order floormats with colored rubber back coatings for some time now.

  
From now on these colored back coatings are previewed during the ordering proccess.
In the design-pdf and on the pages “designset”, “prepare order for shopping cart” and “shopping cart”, the color of the backcoating is previewed as part of the design-image.
This way you can judge the color-combination of your design together with the colored back coating.


The color can also be changed, even after a design job has been sent and a design has been created and loaded into the system.
To change the color, you can choose from a list of available back coatings in the corresponding drop-down menu on the pages “designset” and “prepare order for shopping cart”.
This way you can even order different variants of one design by just changing the back coating.
